Touring Caravan, Motor Home and Tents

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY THE FOLLOWING IF CONDITIONS DEMAND.

All users of the park must observe these conditions and regulations and any byelaws applying to the park made by the local authority.  Our site licence is on display in our visitor’s information area.  Anyone in breach of any conditions or behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors, may be asked to leave the park. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you. 

Occupancy: We cater for families and couples (and small groups by prior arrangement if availability and conditions allow).  Up to a maximum of 4 adults or family of 6 persons per pitch. One unit per pitch (i.e., tent, campervan, motorhome, or caravan). The lead name on the booking is responsible for the booking and the rest of their party and warrants that they are over 18 years of age and that their party will not exceed the numbers stated on the booking. Each pitch must be booked in a different lead name.  All persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

Holiday behaviour standards:  By making a booking with us, you have entered a contract in which you undertake, on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) to adopt the following standards of behaviour:

  • to act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff, and other guests.
  • to supervise children properly so they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. 

You further agree that you will not:

  • commit any criminal offence at the camp site or undertake any criminal activity
  • commit acts of vandalism or nuisance
  • keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the park
  • use any unlawful drugs
  • create any undue noise or disturbance

Dogs: Dogs must be always kept on a lead and exercised off the park. Please clean up after your dog and do not leave unattended at any time. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch. Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities. We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act i.e., Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro. We reserve the right to ask owners to remove their dog, or any other pet, from the park if it is a nuisance or danger to other guests.

Pitches: All our pitches are minimum 8 metres x 8 metres. We recommend a 15m electric cable if using our electric hook up points. 

Pitch Allocation: This is automated via our booking software. During quieter times, it may be possible to allocate you a specified pitch. However, it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch.  Your pitch number will be confirmed on arrival. If you are in any doubt whether you are on the correct pitch, please check with a member of staff.  Any guest on the incorrect pitch may be required to move. 

Facilities: Toilet facilities, dishwashing and laundry facilities will be available subject to government guidance.

Payments: A deposit of 15% is payable at the time of booking, or full payment when the total amount is less than or equal to the minimum deposit required of £20. Reservations are made subject to the site being available on receipt of your deposit. Balance payments to be paid seven days prior to arrival. A reminder will be sent for balance payment three days before the date due. Bookings made within seven days of arrival must be paid in full. Bookings cancelled after this time will not be refunded. If the payment is not made on time, we are entitled to cancel the holiday and retain your deposit. 

Cancellations of the Holiday by you: Cancellations within seven days of arrival are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellations must be in writing to info@llanungar.wales

Cancellations due to Covid-19 (or variant of). Bookings that cannot legally go ahead due to Government enforced travel restrictions will receive a credit voucher for the fees paid to enable the Guest to rearrange their booking. Credit Vouchers will be valid on any pitch type and any dates (subject to availability) during the current season. It is strongly recommended that Cancellation Insurance covering illnesses including Covid-19 is purchased at the time of booking.

Arrival/Departure: Pitches are available from 1.30pm on the day of arrival. You are requested not to arrive before 1.30pm without prior arrangement. Please notify us in advance of any arrival after 6pm, or a later date. We reserve the right to relet the pitch if not informed.  Latest arrival time is 8pm. On departure, site to be vacated by 11.30am unless alternative arrangements have been authorised by site staff. Late stays may incur a fee.  

Early Departure: No refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of their booked holiday unless they do so because of the breach of some obligation on our part which would justify cancelling the holiday.  

Extending your stay: Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates and there is room to accommodate you, there is no guarantee that the same pitch will be available. Please discuss with site staff.

Vehicles: All Vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT, and insurance Lorries, Commercial Vehicles and Petrol or Battery Engined Scooters and Quads are not allowed on site at any time without prior arrangement. This includes towing vehicles. The speed limit is 5mph. Uninsured, banned and learner drivers are not allowed to drive on the park. The provisions of the highway code apply to the roads on the park. No mechanical or repair work is to be undertaken on the park unless it is carried out by a nationally recognized vehicle breakdown service. 

Bicycles: Bikes must not be ridden around cars, static or touring caravans or toilet blocks.

Waste and rubbish: Wipes, sanitary-wear, nappies, and cloths of any kind must not be flushed down the toilets or chemical waste disposal point but wrapped and placed in the bins provided. They block our sewage system – not pleasant! Only empty chemical toilets at the Elsan point. Empty wastewater down designated drains. Use recycling bins for glass, card and paper, tins and cans and plastic bottle and containers.  All other household waste to be placed in designated wheelie bins (landfill). Please do not drop litter including cigarette ends. Please do not throw ash, grey water, or other items or waste products into our hedgerows, 

Visitors and Security: We must be informed of any visitors to the campsite during your stay. All guests/visitors may be requested to report to reception on arrival. 

Children: Children under 6 years old must be accompanied when using toilet block facilities. Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing. The toilet block and other occupied pitches are not play areas.

Noise/Quiet Hours: Please always consider others and keep noise to an absolute minimum as we are a peaceful site i.e., radios, televisions, barking dogs etc. Please respect 10.00pm – 8:00am quiet time. 

Groundsheets: Depending on ground conditions and your length of stay, you may be asked to lift your groundsheet to help preserve the grass for subsequent visitors. Wherever possible, please use aertex type groundsheets on grassed areas to limit damage.

BBQs: Raised barbecues are allowed if kept away from vegetation and do not encroach onto an adjacent pitch. No open fires, fire pits and ground level BBQs are allowed. Please use the fire bricks provided to raise BBQs off the ground to avoid damage to the grass. 

Smoking: There is a no-smoking policy in all park-owned buildings.

Damage to park property: Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited, and the natural conditions are not to be disturbed.

Llanungar Fach Caravan Park and Campsite LLP will not accept responsibility for any matter of which you were aware and did not bring to our attention during your holiday.

Force Majuere: Llanungar Fach Caravan Park & Campsite LLP is not liable for refunds or expenses incurred in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking because of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to): war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). If your stay with us is affected by government guidelines and/or restrictions, you will receive a credit voucher for the total value of monies paid to date. The voucher will be valid on stays up to 12 months and/or up until the end of the following camping season. We recommend that customers take out their own travel insurance.
